I've been listening to On and On lately... they are a Chicago-based indie/pop/electronic band that put out their debut album, "Give In", last year. I love any band that has a girl in it, so that's awesome. But they have a really good sense of how to channel their energy into music worth listening to. Their single, "Ghosts," is one of the tracks on their new record that showcases them the best. Echoing vocals, keyboard synth, and sometimes subtle/sometimes harsh electronic guitar sets them apart. They have something unique and cool going on, and I hope to see them in person sometime. I find that not all their songs sound the same; there is an element in every one that makes a track stand out to me. Check them out!
